Pulp mill in Hainan rates poorly

Pulp Watch, a new website looking at paper pulp mills across the World and 
classifying them, has only 1 pulp mill in China on its radar screen so far -and it is owned by APP (Asia Pulp and Paper, an often cricitised company for its practices across Asia). This is how it fares:
